Photovoltaic plant project in Pedregalitos-Panamá (10 MW + 5 MW)
On 2014, Grupo Render has developed an important project: Photovoltaic plant with different phases, Phase 1-5MW and Phase 2-10 MW, 15 MW in total. The main aim of the project is to design the installation through a fixed structure (monopole with 15 degrees tilt) and 6 investor stations (2 MW each). These photovoltaic installations are complementing the hydroelectric plants (Pedregalito 1 and Pedregalito 2). The phase 1 is connected to Pedregalito 1 and the Phase 2 is connected to Pedregalito 2, advantaging the existent electrical infrastructures.

Grupo Render, based in Navalmoral de la Mata and with a lot of experience in this sector, has legalized the first photovoltaic plant for self-consumption in Extremadura. An installation, which is connecting electricity grid, does not have batteries and maintenance, their reliability is 25 years.
